By achieving the above we aim to become one of the leaders in the coatings and lining applications industry.

General Environment Policy Statement

Cymru Protective Coatings Limited (CPC) will plan its Business and monitor all operations — by using all means practical, we will protect the environment from harm.

We will make sure that our implemented high standards are operated at all times of company’s activities.

We will comply with regulatory controls and / or codes of Practice where they are available.

We will continue developing and improve all operational procedures as standard by our own methods using any new available technological information.

Communications Policy

We will make sure all employees and Sub-Contractors are aware of our Environmental policy, having provided suitable training to ensure responsibilities are clear.

We will provide employees , Sub-Contractors, clients and other authorities with relevant information about CPC’s activities that may affect the environment and any health and safety issues.

Implementation Policy

The Management will Audit using a formal report system on a regular Basis, both operations and all procedures, to ensure all are being adhered to.

Operational Policy

We will always assess any significant new development that may have any environmental impact in advance.

Documentation

At Contract stage CPC will provide the following

  1. Detailed Method statements that cover all aspects of the surface preparation and product application
  2. COSSH Safety data sheets for all products to be used on the contract
  3. Product data sheets
  4. Risk assessments

CPC’s site operation Staff are fully trained in the surface preparation and application techniques that we use.

At Quotation stage, we can provide a detailed recommendation from our selected material manufacturer which will detail the level of surface preparation which is to be achieved, plusapplication procedure and the cure time.

For your reference, CPC will also provide on request a copy of our Health and Safety Policy, details of our Insurance cover and our CIS Certification.
