Protective Coatings for Potable & Dirty Water Tanks

Once our customer needs are established, we commit ourselves to providing the most cost-effective and highest quality finish. We then provide an environmentally safe solution to seal against water ingress, leaking, cracks and joints, whilst meeting all current regulations. Our materials are all DWI & WRC approved.

Inspection will take place first, and any previously applied coating or corrosion will be removed using grit blasting techniques. This will promote adhesion for the approved high-performance industrial coating system that is then applied.

An approved high-performance coating system of sealer coat is then applied, followed by two top coats to a nominal thickness of 1–1.5mm. All joints, bolts, etc are stripe coated first. This is followed by a final visual inspection.

Methods used include brushes, rollers or spraying.

Some of the projects we have undertaken involving potable & dirty water tanks are shown in the accompanying photos.
